Online Room Reservations

Suites are priced at $175 per night. Breakfast is $15 per person. Select the nights that you wish to reserve, scroll down to fill out form, and send. We’ll get back to you soon to confirm your reservation. Mahalo Nui Loa!

If you have any problems making a reservation (404 messages) Try to refresh the page and try again. If that doesʻnt work, send us an email with you details to Hale.Hualalai@gmail.com and we will process the reservation for you.

Terms and Conditions:

Check – In: Check Ins are 4pm – 11pm, we understand there are some late flights and early arrivals, if you need to make a request to come early and drop off your luggage or arrive later, just contact us via email or cell.

Check – Out: Check outs are before 10:30am on the day of your departure.

Deposit: The full price of the room will be the deposit. In order to hold the room, after you select the nights you wish to stay and fill out the information section online, we will need to take your credit information via telephone, you can reach us at (808) 989-3919. Please observe Hawaiian Standard Time Zone. Once you are paid in full, confirmation, invoice, and receipt will be emailed to you after we complete payment.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation of reservations are assessed with a cancellation fee of $100.00 + tax. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival and our suite can be re-rented, a prorated refund will be made. If our suite remains unoccupied, all rental payments will be retained. Shorten stays will receive no refunds. Any changes to a confirmed reservation (reservation deposit received) are subject to a $25.00 + tax charge per change.
