Terms and Conditions:
Check – In: Check Ins are 3pm – 11pm, we understand there are some late flights and early arrivals, if you need to make a request to come early and drop off your luggage or arrive later, just contact us via email or cell.
Check – Out: Check outs are before 10:30am on the day of your departure.
Deposit: The full price of the room will be the deposit. In order to hold the room, after you select the nights you wish to stay and fill out the information section online, we will need to take your credit information via telephone, you can reach us at (808) 989-3919. Please observe Hawaiian Standard Time Zone. Once you are paid in full, confirmation, invoice, and receipt will be emailed to you after we complete payment.
Cancellation Policy: We require written notification of cancellation. Cancellation of reservations are assessed with a cancellation fee of $100.00 + tax. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival and our suite can be re-rented, a prorated refund will be made. If our suite remains unoccupied, all rental payments will be retained. Shorten stays will receive no refunds. Any changes to a confirmed reservation (reservation deposit received) are subject to a $25.00 + tax charge per change.
